Requirements:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a demanding and exciting environment. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 4 years prior work experience. Newly qualified ACA applicants with first-time passes and from a 'Big 4' institution will be of particular interest. Some exposure to lead advisory or transaction services is advantageous, though candidates straight from Audit will also be considered.

We also accept applicants from recently qualified lawyers with public and private M&A experience, providing they possess maths A level or a quantitative degree. We are also interested in corporate financiers with experience in the UK mid-market.

Other requirements include a strong academic track record including a minimum 2.1 or equivalent degree. You should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent commercial acumen and business awareness. The ability and desire to take on responsibility, to work directly with clients and to take a lead role in transactions.
